Solstice/Midsummer 06/20/25
Event is June 20 at Scobi Hotel! We are trying to have two stages; an ambient stage upstairs and dance downstairs? This will make it so we can have tons of performers! The venue will also be an empty house by June 13 or so — which gives us time to install some art or equipment if we want to get ambitious.

Per our organizing meeting, one member suggested we make room for “fun and whimsical roles” such as interior designer or cheer leader. Dylan is running the sign-up form and will be in charge of updating task matrix?
