**Venue:** Searches for, contacts, and attempts to make connections with venues that may allow us to perform.

**New Talent:** Searches for, contacts, and attempts to make connections with new talent that will make our show better.

**Promotion:** Posts online and promotes by word of mouth.  HYPE position.

**Fliers:** Walks around handing out fliers, posting them in fun locations, make them rain upon Pittsburgh.

**Graphics:** Designs artwork, flier layout, and social media posts & artwork.

### __Before the event starts:__

**Sound / Cables / Testing:** Assists in setting up sound equipment, and tying up cables so that accidents don’t happen ( Like someone tripping )

**Furniture and Logistics:** Sets up tables, assists performers and staff with equipment / parking, etc…

### __During the event:__

**Table Staff:** Collects donations for performers and management ( NOTAFLOF ).  We make no promises that anyone will get paid anything.  We are all volunteers first. Ticket sales will be dispersed according to our [payment structure](/doc/finances-4WHtKQPR1F)

**Safety Staff:** Capable of handling the ugly stuff. Ensuring that if someone is feeling unsafe or unwell you can get them out of there, and get them help.

### __After the event:__

**Cleanup:** The thankless, boring, picking up beer bottles job.  Our goal is to leave more cleanly than we arrived.  ESPECIALLY if the event is outdoors.

All depends on venue and equipment we can borrow.

### Sound monitoring

Someone with a good ear for sound mastering and production who can tweak the EQ knobs, supervise performer rotations, and fix issues as they come up
